New CEO Set for Aggressive and Strategic Expansion at EMN8^®

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In a move signaling its desire to maintain and further expand its growing domination of customer-facing, automated self-service solutions for major QSR, fast casual restaurant, exhibition, theme park, and retail brands, EMN8^® Inc. today announced the hiring of Stephen M. Donly to serve as the company 's chief executive officer and president. He was also named to the company's Board of Directors.

EMN8^® Chairman Ron Taylor said the board selected Donly based on his track record in navigating companies through periods of rapid growth and sustained profitability, as well as his strong executive and personal qualities.

Previously, Donly was president of ARAMARK Uniform Services, Inc., a subsidiary of ARAMARK Corporation (NYSE:RMK) and a leading supplier of uniforms and career apparel. During his six years with ARAMARK, the company experienced record growth through organic sales, market expansion and strategic acquisitions. In 2005 the company generated revenues in excess of $1.1 billion, an impressive 8 percent increase over the prior year.

Prior to joining ARAMARK, Mr. Donly served 27 years at Ryder System Inc. (NYSE:R), one of the world's leading providers of supply chain and transportation management solutions. At Ryder, he held a number of senior management positions in operations, sales and marketing including Senior Vice President Operations - North America and Corporate Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Donly earned a bachelor's degree in business from Drake University in 1973.
